Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipe? Sewer backing up? No water? Plumbing emergencies go to the front of the line for our next available dispatch — call now and we'll get a licensed plumber headed your way.
Do this now, while help is on the way
Shut off the water main
At the meter box near the curb, or the cutoff valve where the line enters the house. This stops a burst pipe's flooding immediately.
Shut off the water heater
Close the cold-water valve on top of the tank to stop a leaking or dumping water heater.
Smell gas? Leave and call
Leave the house immediately. Don't flip switches or use your phone inside. Call 911 or Atmos Energy (800-817-8090) from outside.
Evenings, weekends and holidays carry a $149 after-hours fee — the flat repair rate itself doesn't change, and emergencies still go to the front of the line.
A plumbing emergency doesn't wait for a convenient time. Burst pipes, sewer backups, a water heater dumping its tank, or a home with no water at all — these are the calls we move to the front of the line for our next available dispatch. Call us first, and while the plumber is en route we'll walk you through limiting the damage.
Upfront pricing — three ways to get one
Flat-rate, approved by you before any work starts. You pay for the work, not for a truck in your driveway. What you pay to find out depends on what you already know.
Photo or phone quote
Water heater, toilet, faucet, disposal, a repipe — anything where you already know what needs replacing. Send a photo and we price it without sending a truck. Costs you nothing, obligates you to nothing.
Service visit
A licensed plumber diagnoses it on site. Covers the visit and the first 30 minutes of work — and it applies to the repair if you go ahead with one. It is also our minimum charge, so a small fix is often this and nothing more.
A named diagnostic
Pressure and PRV test, hydrostatic test, sewer scope, camera inspection, slab leak investigation. Each one is a fixed price with a written result you keep — real work with a real deliverable, not a sales call.
Evenings, weekends and holidays add a $149 after-hours fee, which members don't pay. The flat rate for the work itself never changes, and you approve every number before we start.
