The price follows the actual repair, not the urgency: what failed (a burst supply line, a backed-up sewer, a leaking water heater), where it sits (an exposed line versus inside a wall or under the slab), and whether stopping the immediate problem and completing the permanent fix happen in one visit or two. Evenings, weekends and holidays carry a $149 after-hours fee; the flat rate itself doesn't change. That rate covers the diagnosis, the repair with parts and labor as quoted, cleanup, and a 1-year workmanship warranty. Replacing a fixture? Send a photo and we'll quote it free. If the problem needs diagnosing, the $150 service visit covers that and the first 30 minutes — and it applies to the repair. You approve the flat rate before any work starts.

Emergencies go to the front of the line for our next available dispatch — call and we'll give you an honest arrival window based on where our plumbers are right now, and walk you through shutting off the water while you wait.

For a burst pipe or major leak, shut off the main water valve — at the meter box near the curb or the cutoff where the line enters your house. For a sewer backup, stop running water and flushing toilets. For a leaking water heater, close the cold-water valve on top of the unit. And if you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or Atmos Energy (800-817-8090) from outside before calling anyone else.

Anything actively causing damage or leaving the home unusable: burst or spraying pipes, sewage backing up into tubs or floors, no water to the house, a water heater leaking from the tank, or a suspected gas leak.
