Final pricing may differ based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will communicate any changes to the scope or cost before proceeding. Written approval is required before additional work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times. However, due to the nature of repair work, delays may occur. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. For property management clients, net-30 payment terms may be available upon agreement. A service call fee may apply and will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Repair work performed by Make Ready Repairs LLC carries a workmanship warranty. The warranty period varies by service type and will be specified on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or third-party modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Make Ready Repairs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
