Make Ready Repairs LLC was founded in 2008 by Mohamed Yakub Sulthar with a simple mission: provide honest, reliable repair services at fair prices. What started as a small operation handling maintenance for a handful of rental properties has grown into a full-service plumbing and maintenance company serving the entire DFW metroplex.
As a licensed Texas plumber, Mohamed built the company on the principle that every customer deserves the same quality of work, whether it is a single faucet repair or a complete make-ready turnover of a rental property. That principle has not changed in over 18 years.
Today, Make Ready Repairs operates as the in-house maintenance and plumbing division for DFW Property Management, handling hundreds of work orders each year across managed properties. We also serve homeowners directly through DallasPlumber.com, bringing the same professional standards and responsive service to every job.
