Commercial Plumbing
Licensed Commercial Plumbing for DFW Businesses
Offices, retail, restaurants, and light industrial properties — drain and grease-line cleaning, water heaters, repairs and replacements, and emergency service from a licensed Texas plumber.
Commercial Services
The same licensed plumbing trade we perform for homeowners, scoped for commercial properties.
Grease Line Jetting
Grease line jetting on a schedule, so a restaurant kitchen never backs up during service. Priced per line, quoted before we start.
Drain & Grease-Line Cleaning
Kitchen and grease-line buildup in restaurants and food service properties, cleared with professional-grade equipment and hydro jetting for stubborn blockages.
Commercial Water Heaters
Repair and installation for commercial-capacity water heaters and tankless units serving offices, multi-family buildings, and light industrial properties.
Leak Detection & Repair
Leak investigation — meter isolation, pressure testing and moisture survey with written findings — to narrow down hidden leaks before anyone opens a wall or ceiling.
Sewer & Water Line Repair
Camera inspection and open-cut repair or replacement for sewer and water line issues affecting the property.
Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipes, gas leaks, and sewer backups get front-of-line priority for the next available dispatch — the same emergency response we offer residential customers.
Licensed, Not Subcontracted
Plumbing is our own trade, performed by our own W-2, background-checked staff under Mark A. Farley, Responsible Master Plumber, Texas License #M-39682, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. When a permit or inspection is required, we handle it.

Commercial Plumbing Questions, Answered
What types of commercial properties do you service?+
Offices, retail, restaurants and food service, light industrial, and multi-family/apartment communities across DFW.
Do you handle backflow testing?+
No — annual certification testing has to be done by a licensed backflow assembly tester, and we do not offer it. If an assembly fails its test and needs repair or replacement, or the supply line feeding it is leaking, that is work we do.
Is your commercial plumbing work licensed?+
Yes. All plumbing work is performed under Mark A. Farley, Responsible Master Plumber, Texas License #M-39682, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Do you offer maintenance plans for multiple properties?+
If you manage a portfolio of commercial or multi-family properties, see our Property Managers page for volume pricing and priority scheduling, or call to discuss your properties directly.
