What the inspection actually catches
Once a year we walk the house properly: supply lines, shut-off valves, the water heater and its connections, visible drains, and water pressure. You get a checklist and photographs of anything we find — whether or not it needs work today.
Most of what turns into an emergency was visible months earlier. That is the whole point of the plan: find it while it is still a small flat-rate repair.
The fine print, up front
- 12-month term, billed annually. Benefits start the day you join.
- Member discounts apply to repairs and diagnostics at the rate shown on each plan. Installations discount at 5%.
- Savings are capped at $500 per job and $1,000 per year.
- Major replacement work is excluded — repipes, cast iron replacement, service line replacement and sewer replacement are already priced at our best rate.
