A licensed plumber diagnoses it on site. Covers the visit and the first 30 minutes of work — and it applies to the repair if you go ahead with one. It is also our minimum charge, so a small fix is often this and nothing more.
Evenings, weekends and holidays add a $149 after-hours fee, which members don't pay. The flat rate for the work itself never changes, and you approve every number before we start.

How much does ceiling fan installation cost in Dallas?
Two things set the price: what's above the ceiling and how high the ceiling is. If a fan-rated box and switch wiring are already in place, it's a straightforward swap; if we need to add a brace box, run a new switch leg, or work on a vaulted ceiling, that's reflected in the quote. The flat rate includes installation and balancing, parts as quoted, haul-away of the old fan, and a 1-year workmanship warranty — the fan itself is separate unless you ask us to supply it. Estimates are free on this work — we look at the actual job and you approve the flat rate before anything starts.
