Air Filter Replacement

Clean air filters improve air quality and HVAC efficiency. We replace furnace and AC filters for homeowners and property managers across DFW.

Regular air filter replacement is the simplest and most cost-effective way to maintain your HVAC system. Dirty filters restrict airflow, reduce efficiency, increase energy bills, and can damage your HVAC unit. We recommend changing filters every 1-3 months.

We replace standard MERV 8 filters and premium allergen-reduction filters. For property managers, we offer bulk filter replacement programs — one technician, all your units, one invoice, with the whole route priced before the first filter comes out of its box.

Upfront pricing — three ways to get one

Flat-rate, approved by you before any work starts. You pay for the work, not for a truck in your driveway. What you pay to find out depends on what you already know.

Water heater, toilet, faucet, disposal, a repipe — anything where you already know what needs replacing. Send a photo and we price it without sending a truck. Costs you nothing, obligates you to nothing.

Don't know what's wrong?
$150

Service visit

A licensed plumber diagnoses it on site. Covers the visit and the first 30 minutes of work — and it applies to the repair if you go ahead with one. It is also our minimum charge, so a small fix is often this and nothing more.

Evenings, weekends and holidays add a $149 after-hours fee, which members don't pay. The flat rate for the work itself never changes, and you approve every number before we start.

FAQ

How much does air filter replacement cost?
Pricing scales with the job: how many return vents your home has, the filter sizes they take, and whether you want standard MERV 8 filters or premium allergen-reduction filters — property managers with multiple units get bulk route pricing. The flat rate includes the filters themselves, replacement at every return, and a quick check that each grille seats and closes properly. Estimates are free on this work — we look at the actual job and you approve the flat rate before anything starts.
How often should I change my air filter?
Every 1-3 months depending on filter type, pets, and allergies. Homes with pets or allergy sufferers should change monthly.
